Erin re-joins the Oak team in 2025 as Director of Operations. Having spent over 11 years at Oak at the outset of her career involved in operations and IT, she went on to serve for nearly 11 years as Director of Member Services and Sponsorships for the AUG (Advent Users Group, now The Exchange Network), an active membership community for the investment management industry. Following her time at AUG, Erin joined CyGem, a cloud services provider for investment management firms, in an Implementation Manager role in 2017. Her responsibilities expanded, after CyGem’s merger with CSSI Solutions, to IT project management and relationship management over the course of her longer than 8-year tenure with the company.

Today she is responsible for overseeing various aspects of Oak’s investment operations and compliance.

Education

Erin received a BA in Mathematics from Denison University, with additional studies completed at the University of Nottingham (UK) and The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (now Booth School of Business).
