Below are the preliminary year-end distribution estimates (per share) for Oak Associates Funds. These estimates are subject to change*. Please note that these estimates were prepared using the latest income and capital gain estimates as of the above date. However, because these distributions are estimated, subject to change and will be based in part on the number of shares outstanding at the time the distributions are declared, these estimates may change.

Important Dates for Final Distributions

Record Date:                                        12/26/2025

NAV Ex-Dividend/Reinvestment Date:  12/29/2025

Payment Date:                                     12/30/2025

Final year-end distributions will be paid on December 30, 2025 to shareholders of record as of December 26, 2025. Distributions will be paid to all Fund shareholders who own shares on the record date, regardless of how long they have held the shares. Distributions are not taxable if shares are held in tax-advantaged accounts such as IRAs. Please consult with a tax advisor before making any tax-related investment decisions.
