29Investment Goal
Rock Oak Core Growth Fund seeks long-term capital growth by investing primarily in stocks of mid capitalization companies selected for their growth potential at attractive prices.
Investment Approach
Rock Oak invests primarily in common stocks of mid capitalization U.S. companies with equity market capitalizations at the time of purchase between $5 billion and $15 billion that are selected for their growth potential. The Fund will generally hold between 30 and 40 common stocks. The Portfolio Manager utilizes a combined approach of “top-down” analysis and “bottom-up” stock selection. The “top-down” approach takes into consideration long-term investment themes such as globalization, demographics, productivity and innovation. As a result of the “top-down” analysis, the Manager identifies sectors, industries and companies which it believes should benefit from the overall themes that the Adviser has observed. As part of the “bottom-up” stock selection, the investment process involves looking for individual companies with earnings growth potential that should exceed the earnings growth rate of the overall market over the long-term and that may not be fully recognized by the market at large. The Manager evaluates a number of different attributes, including the company’s specific market expertise or dominance, its competitive durability and pricing power, solid fundamentals, strong and ethical management, apparent commitment to shareholder interests, earnings growth rates that exceed those of the overall market and what the Manager believes to be above-average growth potential with sustainable competitive advantage.
Although the Fund is diversified, its investment strategy often involves overweighting the Fund's position in the industry sectors that we believe hold the most growth potential.

Important Risk Information:
Mutual fund investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Funds that emphasize investments in technology generally will experience greater price volatility. There are additional risks associated with investing in a single-sector fund with a limited number of holdings versus a more broadly diversified portfolio, including greater sensitivity to economic, political, or regulatory developments impacting the sector. Diversification does not ensure a profit or guarantee against loss. Funds that emphasize investments in smaller or mid-sized companies may experience greater price volatility. Funds that emphasize investments in larger companies may underperform and be unable to respond quickly to new competitive challenges and may not be able to attain the high growth rate of successful smaller companies. Growth investing has the risk of being more sensitive to changes in current or expected earnings.
