Pin Oak Aggressive changes to Pin Oak Equity

Effective June 10, 2010, the name of Pin Oak Aggressive Stock Fund (POGSX) was changed to Pin Oak Equity Fund (POGSX). The Fund’s investment strategy and investment objective remain unchanged, and Pin Oak continues to be managed by Mark Oelschlager, CFA. Mr. Oelschlager has been sole manager of the Fund since 2006. The name change was made in an effort to more accurately reflect the investment style and composition of the Fund.
